We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can join us as part of the founding team and build Zluri with us.

Responsibilities:

- Own the product roadmap for Zluri.

- Understand the overall market, the vision, competitive landscape, market segmentation, and positioning with a global perspective.

- Prioritize the features based on user needs, pain points, and success factors, thus curating the product roadmap based on the above.

- Be methodical and data-driven about the features to capture and articulate product feedback from multiple sources. Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share and improve user experience

- Own the end-to-end product development process, including business case definition, writing and scoping product requirements, creating feature specifications, testing and validating pre-release products, and more.

- Manage end to end product development and delivery by conducting scrums, managing feature release, and developing sales and marketing content for the releasing features.

- Define, track, and analyze metrics and measures for product performance.

Requirements:

- Must have 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management experience.

- Must have experience in end to end product development from concept to launch.

- Should have 3+ years of overall experience in Product Management.

- A degree in MBA from the premier institutes or equivalent experience is very much needed.

- Must have software engineering experience and understands the software development cycle.

- Understands decision making through data analysis.

- Should be able to write and articulate stories based on data.

- Should have worked with various engineering teams to execute on the product.

- Strong bias for execution and getting things out the door is a must.
