Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our organization as the Global Head of Talent Management and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). As the Global Head of Talent Management, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of talent management strategies across our global organization. As the CHRO, you will provide overall leadership and direction for all human resources functions, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. This is a senior-level position that requires exceptional leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of talent management and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management Strategy:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with our business goals and supports the attraction, development, and retention of top talent.

- Lead the design and implementation of talent management programs, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to identify future talent needs and create proactive strategies to address talent gaps.

Organizational Development:

- Drive organizational effectiveness by assessing and enhancing our company's structure, culture, and processes.

- Partner with business leaders to identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and implement change management strategies to drive continuous improvement and increase organizational performance.

- Foster a high-performance culture by promoting employee development, recognition, and accountability.

HR Strategy and Operations:

- Provide overall leadership and direction for all HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HRIS, compliance, and HR analytics.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with local labor laws and regulations while supporting our organizational values.

- Ensure effective HR operations, including the development and maintenance of HR systems, processes, and metrics to measure HR performance and drive data-driven decision-making.

Leadership and Team Development:

- Build and lead a high-performing global HR team, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to foster individual and team growth.

- Develop strong partnerships and collaborative relationships with senior leaders, managers, and employees across the organization.

- Champion a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and ensure HR programs and initiatives support these values.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Extensive experience in talent management, HR strategy, and operations, with a track record of success in a global organization.

- Strong knowledge of talent management best practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.

- Proven experience in driving organizational development and change management initiatives.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations across different geographies.

- Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are desirable.

- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
