Responsibilities : - Leading for the overall planning of delivery of events and conferences across emerging markets. - End-to-end ownership of the business from strategic planning, raising sponsorships, strategic alliances, branding, and positioning to execution of these events. - Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure a comprehensive and targeted series of events takes place in a growing number of locations. - Coordinate for major events and oversee for smaller events all aspects of event planning and logistics including; site preparation and invitations; managing the invitation process; negotiation of vendor contracts; coordination of logistical and audio visual requirements as necessary; on-site meeting management; logistics for speakers as required; manage compliance and internal audit requirements. - Deliver consistently high-quality and appropriately targeted events, including onsite management and support at the event venue. - Introduce and deliver best practices and innovation across the events team - increasing quality and providing a unique and memorable experience for clients. - Conceptualize and Design the program, which includes theme, agenda, topics, concept, and marketing messages in consultation with key stakeholders. - Identify relevant speakers, and invite and coordinate with them till the completion of the event. - Develop in-depth knowledge of the web3 ecosystem in order to drive the direction of the exhibition and conference - Build key industry relationships with key commercial and non-commercial stakeholders and associations. Qualifications : - 5+ years of experience in owning business P&L or Event Management, and hands-off experience from strategy to execution. - Excellent writing and verbal skills in English and negotiation ability. - Experience in Community Management, Branding, PR & event marketing, is an add-on. - A knack for problem-solving with customer centric approach in diverse situations. - Ability to work in a dynamic work environment, and balance multiple projects if required. - A go-getter with strong organization and time management skills - Focus on the quality of work and attention to detail Benefits : - Global Team - Work with a team with extensive experience across venture building, technology scale-ups, and financial derivatives structuring in 10+ countries across the planet. - Team Culture - We value your expertise in work!
