We are looking an enthusiastic person with good experience handling EBOs in retail for the Regional Manager Position. Reporting to: Retail Head Responsibilities: - P&L ownership - Accountable for the achievement of the agreed annual Brand Business Plan both in terms of revenue and profitability - Retail processes - handling retail operations for North and West with 15 stores (few more stores coming up by the end next year) - VM - Working with the VM & sales teams to achieve commercial goals. Ensure that we continuously maintain high standards of visual representation, Execute season launch - Manpower management - Accountable for the recruitment, development and appraisals of Store Managers and Cluster Managers within the Brand - Retail Planning - Brand Building, expansion and relationship management - Business development - Doing market visits for prospective locations and providing insights on performance expectations for those markets - Manpower training - Training to other Stores on VM, Store Operations and SOPs - Training - Motivating the team, facilitate training in products and customer service to promote sales - Audits - Ensure that right stock is available at the right time at the right place with required analysis and planning. Track targets analyse stocks and prepare reports to perform better. - Compliance - Ensuring adherence to company policies on manpower management, SOPs, stock audits and ethical matters Requirements: - 3-8 Yrs. of experience in the retail industry in operations / P&L management role - Leadership skills - Strong grasp on fundamentals of store and fleet level profitability - Good communication
