Zivame - Head - Product Management (8-10 yrs)

Roles & Responsibility:

Product strategy:

- You will define the firm's product strategy to achieve the long-term goals of growth, profitability, efficiency and consumer loyalty/experience

- You will own the consumer value proposition canvas for this category and conduct consumer research to continuously expand our understanding of consumer needs while shopping intimate wear

- You will be responsible to keep the organization on track to reach the long term technology goals and work to build the right product team to achieve these goals

- Roadmap Planning

- You will work with different stakeholders within the organization to collate and prioritize tactical technology requirements for their functions

- You will work with technology team to define a yearly and quarterly technology roadmap comprising of the tactical business needs and strategic product priorities

Delivery Management:

- You will own the sprint cycles with the technology team to ensure timely delivery of roadmap items

- You will be responsible for keeping the stakeholders apprised of any change in the roadmap delivery

Product Adoption and Tracking: 

- You will define the right adoption, performance and impact metrics for planned product roll-outs

- You will figure out interventions (marketing or on platform) to the consumer journey to increase product adoption

- You will continuously analyze and conduct A/B experiments to track performance and publish results around the planned metrics and hence decide on the change of course if needed

Skills & Experience required:

- You are a graduate/postgraduate from a premier institute (IIT, NIT, IT-BHU, DU, BITS, NLU, IIM, ISB etc.). A previous entrepreneurial experience will be a plus

- You have 8+ years of experience in product management with e-commerce or related D2C areas and have held leadership positions in the past

- You are a fundamental thinker with keen interest in data-driven decision making, data sciences, consumer behaviour, and conducting research, coupled with outstanding planning & analytical capabilities

- You are comfortable working with one or more data analytics and visualization tools like R, MS-Excel, Python, Power BI etc. You will need the right mind-set to thrive and grow in an ambitious and enthusiastic firm like ours. You might be a good match if:

- You have a bias for action - you strike the right balance between fundamental thinking and action. Given an option between going ahead without a lot of clarity and not doing anything while waiting for clarity, you always choose the former

- You are entrepreneurial - you think ahead, take risks, are ready to work across disciplines and have an attitude to never give-up when it comes to achieving your goals

- You have very strong work ethics - you don- t worry about work hours or scope of your work, as long as your extra effort helps the team achieve its goals
