About the Role : As Product Manager, you will work closely with sales team and responsible to look at the funnel and starts devising strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. Appraise new product ideas and evaluate market competition to position the product line. You should be on the lookout for what new products are being launched in market and how we can compete. Key Responsibilities : - Product Innovation and Improvement - Devising a Robust Incentive and Score Card Plan for Pre-Sales and Sales Team - Continuously Reviewing Product/Geography Mix - Act as a Cog between Sales &amp; Credit/Policy Team for any changes proposed with regards to process/product/portfolio - Driving Digital Transformation by suggesting improvement in the current journey - Providing Inputs and Reviewing documents prepared by Tech Product Team with regards to changes proposed - Devising Strategy to improve ROI, PF, Insurance, FTR etc. - Experience in PL/BL is must
