ZipLoan - Lead/AVP - Debt Raising - FinTech/NBFC

AVP - Debt Raising is responsible for leading the Fund raising through various instruments including term loans, NCDs, PTC etc from institutional lenders such as NBFCs, Banks, Capital Markets etc. Will also be managing the team, data room and ensure all debt related compliances.

Job Description:

- Fund raising, Investment pitch and Debt Raising

- Short term liquidity and long term cash flow management

- Lender relationship management with global DFIs, Domestic Banks & NBFCs

- Managing end to end lender reporting and covenant compliance

- Working experience of dealing in Term Loans, NCDs, Securitisation

- Advanced Financial modelling

- Review and commercial analysis of debt proposals

- Handling all lender concerns on active loans

- Responsible for all content, queries, meetings and post meeting company material for Debt Raising

- Communicate, engage and interact with Board of Directors, CEO and Leadership Team.

- Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion.

- Select and engage consultants, auditors and investors.

- Serve as a key member of leadership team and be a key driver the key initiatives to help organization its strategic goals.
