Job brief

We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary to join our finance team.

Responsibilities :

- Review loan documents, other contracts, initiate and lead legal action against defaulters.

- Ensure compliance with company's act, SEBI guidelines on placement of private issuance - debt securities, listing regulations etc

- Make filings with MCA, RBI, and any other regulator

- Charge registration, creation & satisfaction wrt loan is taken by the company from banks/FIs

- Coordinate with RTA

- Corporate Action - ESOPS, equity issuance and listing of debt securities

- Compliance with secretarial standards

- Maintain statutory registers of the company; handle allotment & transfer of securities

- Convene board & shareholder meetings, draft & CTC resolutions, agenda, minutes of meeting

Requirements :

- A qualified Company Secretary holding a Bachelor's Degree in Law.

- Minimum of 2 years of work experience working with NBFC/ Banking sector

- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
