1. Implement and manage overall marketing strategy, communication, budget allocation and ROI from different marketing channels.
2. Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) /SEM strategies.
- Scale content, paid, affiliate, database, offline marketing channels in line with business goals.
3. Brand building amongst its potential customer base, Responsible for the CPL / CAC and ownership of performance management Experience in creating & scaling up start-ups, understand digital and offline requirement of an organisation at its various stages of growth.
4. Coordinating content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and other activities. Managing optimization projects and reporting on performance. Have experience working with different teams to ensure marketing initiatives are in line with company's short term and long-term strategy.
5. Strong business acumen with expertise in creating business development procedures, online marketing alliance, marketing & branding strategies.
6. Develop and execute on monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plan and strategy Strengthen different marketing channels like, Paid, offline and affiliate to achieve with business goals
7. Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.

Who We're Seeking:
- Master's degree in marketing or related discipline; Tier 1/ Premier institute 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in related industry 3+ years of marketing leadership experience.
- Have metrics driven mindset and the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data.
- Sharp Analytics, creative and innovative skills.
- Customer-centricity and can identify and meet customer needs
- Candidates with experience in Start-ups preferred (Fintech/NBFC/Finance).
