- Lead the key strategic initiatives from scratch till successful implementation in collaboration with different vertical heads as per the vision of CEO.

- Oversee key strategic & operational business initiatives, create accurate monitoring systems for those initiatives, and ensure their successful execution

- Improve current processes and coordinate with different teams for optimized efficiency and higher productivity

- Helping CEO to focus more on larger and strategic objectives by owning some of the key operational and routine deliverables
