ZipLoan - AVP - Operations (8-10 yrs)
The AVP - Operations responsible to lead Pan India Central Operations team (Loan disbursements & Repayments) for quality processing and will be based out of Delhi HQ. The role requires handling of end-to-end pre and post disbursement activities.
Some of the key elements that we intend the role to imbibe are as follows:
1) Should possess good knowledge of KYC & AML Compliance
2) Design, Monitor, implement, improve, and control processes for smooth disbursals & transaction processing.
3) Define processes/SLA wherever required.
4) Candidate should have rich experience in managing EMI presentations & strong understanding of CMS ecosystem.
5) Should possess strong interaction & communication skills to manage internal & external stakeholders.
6) Identifying need of automation & process improvement and drive the same within the unit.
7) Handle both internal & external audits & ensure 100% compliance.
8) Co-ordinate with stakeholders to support and manage the daily business operations.
9) Escalation Management - Ensure closure of grievances at minimum TAT.
10) Should have strong analytical & technical skills to define strategies.
Job Specifications:
- Experience of 8-10 year is required.
- Experience in handling a team.
- Experience in validating and implementing risk strategies.
