Responsibilities : 

1. Candidate should have rich experience in managing EMI presentation process and should have strong understanding of CMS ecosystem in terms of reoccurring payments which includes repayment through ECS / NACH / Escrow modes of presentment and banking.

2. The candidate should have strong knowledge of ECS / ACH Mandate Management process in terms of Rejection reasons, curing of the same etc.

3. The candidate should have strong interaction, communication skills to manage internal stakeholders like Customer service, Collections and senior management.

4. The candidate will be responsible to understand the requirement of Collections and drive Quality /TAT in the unit.

5. Identifying need of automation & process improvement and drive the same in the unit.

6. Should have strong analytical and technical skills to derive solution strategies.

7. Should have exposure to Portfolio Maintenance

8. Co-ordinate with the stakeholders to support and manage the daily business operations

9. Escalation Management- ensure complete closure of grievances raised by care team at minimum TAT.
