- Experience of 18-23 - years in Presales /Sales with at lead 15 years around Contact center with last 3-5 years purely focused on New age Contact center ( Voice BOT, Chat BOT, Mobile App based solutions )
- Excellent understanding of industry around least Ecommerce & retail, BFSI, Hitech & telecom & must have done large deals globally.
- Must have excellent presentation skills as well a great storyteller ( Need the best pied piper)
- Most important: should have very good exposure on Cloud-based Telephony, Understands and has sold Omi channel, App-based solution
- Must have international exposure preferably North American market
- Has pleasing personality & should be able to gel with new members ( especially his team will be mix of experienced and Millennials /Gen Z)
- Has to be self starter and has the ability to create new Art of possible ( true consultant ) . Cannot be someone who is sitting on past laurels as she/he has to start from scratch and build a USD 150- 200 mn business with us in next 2 years
- Must know the art of creating new partnerships & larger echo system in and around CX
- Does not shy away from taking targets & has the keenness to write exec summary & soln .
- Having had Operations exposure can be a good to have but that is something not a must
