Zinnov - Talent Consultant (2-6 yrs)
Designation: Talent Consultant
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2- 6 years
Education: Any graduate, MBA is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver effective talent related thought leadership
- Champion a compelling point of view, including best practices and emerging trends in given subject area(s), such as: Digital workplaces, Talent Management Strategy, Talent Acquisition Processes, Talent Development Programs etc
- Participate in industry forums, events; manage project deliverables and presentations to clients
- Identify opportunities in talent consulting for new and existing clients
- Work with teams to capture best practices in the HR value chain and develop case studies
Skills/Experience
- Have in-depth knowledge on concepts across the entire HR value chain including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Talent development
- Capable of creating implementable frameworks and benchmarks related to HR transformation
- Prior experience in helping clients around Digital workplace transformation and Digitization of the HR function (a plus)
- Proficient in handling HR Transformation, Organization Restructuring, Enterprise HR process modification or Benefits strategy
- Exposure in consulting large technology MNCs in India
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Primary and Secondary research skills
