Educational Background : Engineering Degree from Tier 1 college / MBA

Years of Experience : 8 -10 year

Location : Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities:

The person will be responsible for heading the Zinnov Knowledge Centre (ZKC) team.

- Own, manage and contribute to multiple research / consulting assignments through project conceptualization and delivery plan

- Conduct global research to gather data through primary and secondary sources

- Collate, analyse and synthesize data on marketing conditions, business opportunities, global trends and market size/share

- Monitoring and capturing various market trends and financial details for domestic and global markets.

- Be involved in creating and reviewing presentation/ reports written across industries and add value to them

- Authoring stand-alone syndicated reports and ad-hoc reports based on client requirements

- Ability to handle research projects with internal and external team

- Create guidelines to streamline and responsible the overall quality of reports

- Manage manpower allocation optimally utilizing existing skills and competencies, team engagement and project budget and cost

- Mentor and guide by managing project teams’ aspirations, needs and expectations and help them grow and deliver quality projects

- Display a capability of managing larger responsibilities in the organization and identifying totally with its values

- Should be willing to face challenges, take risks and be creative in finding solutions and take decisions evaluating their implications in the long term

- Constantly keep updating knowledge base in areas that are relevant to business and also ensure that the teams below go through training as and when necessary

The candidate has to be a Subject Matter expert in technology, cloud, hitech- engineering, manufacturing.
