Zinnov Management Consultancy is looking for an Account Manager who has experience of working with multiple brands is well-organized, a strong communicator, client-facing, and can hit the ground running. As an account manager, he/she will be at the core of the customer brand development and strategy. Key Responsibilities : - Maintaining a long-standing professional relationship with clients to achieve brand stickiness - Work with the graphic designer for to develop powerful campaigns that reflect the customer' ethos - Build communication plans that include but not limited to leadership personal branding, PR advice, social media calendar etc. in line with the overall branding strategy for the clients - Leading and presenting the campaigns to the clients - Acting as the protagonist for effective communications between the internal and external stakeholders. - Monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency while strategizing campaigns. - Work with the designer to create a solid branding message that's reflected across all marketing communication materials. - Having worked in the talent branding space is an advantage not a mandate. Must Have: - 7+ years of experience. - Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail - Believes in delivering metric- driven campaigns
