Role:

The firm is looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant at a management position for its Mumbai office located at Chakala, Andheri (East).

- Managing and handling of the Firms branch office in Mumbai.

- Handling of Direct tax, Transfer pricing, and Tax reporting for a large MN clients.

- Handling of Tax Audits, TP audits and Direct Tax Assessments.

- Handling Tax Reporting

- Handling of Tax Assessments.

- Managing quarterly closing of accounts of listed companies.

- Managing annual Tax Filings of Large MNC clients.

- Audit of accounts of the clients.

- Regulatory Compliances of TDS, payroll, GST matters etc.

- Review of monthly Accounts and other related data of clients with regard to audit and compliance matters.

- Compilations and filing of relevant returns like online PF returns, e-TDs returns, e-Service tax returns etc. within due dates.

Location :

The Candidate shall generally be located at either the firms office in Chakala, Andheri (East) with regular visits to clients place in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
