Zingo Hotels is a Bangalore based startup focusing upon the quality stay at budget price. We are the young minds looking to hire talents for building a Brand of Budget Hotels chain across the country with delightful customer experience.

Key responsibilities :

- Candidate will be responsible for managing the relationship with all the major corporate companies as well as the hotels in the assigned area.

- Candidate will be responsible for managing the relationship with all the major OTA's like Goibibo, MMT, Expedia etc.

- Maintaining the right Hotel positioning analysis by continued analysis of incoming visitors / footfalls

- Understand and drive the extranets of various OTAs/Online Travel Aggregators to reflect the most accurate and updated information

- Online customer relationship management by addressing guest requests

- Perform competitive analysis around ranking, pricing and the featured offerings and strategize on Zingo offerings

- Maximizing the revenues & volumes for a given platform

- Contracting and commission management

- Daily MIS analysis

- Actively engaged in seeking feedback from the guests

Desired Skills and Experience :

- We are looking for candidates who have either started their own venture or are working with any start up / consulting firms especially in Travel and Hospitality Domain.

- Works well under pressure and has the ability to work within stringent timelines and to collaborate across departments to achieve results.

- We are looking for candidates with strong analytical background and good relationship management skills.

- Candidate would be responsible for managing and selling the inventories of the hotels, managing the revenue, pricing and negotiation with OTA and Hotel Owners.

- People with 1-4 years of sales experience selling Holiday Packages with Yatra, MMT, Trip Factory, Thomas Cook, etc would be an advantage.

- Passionate about travelling & Willing to work in a startup environment without any guidance.
