Zingbus - Senior Business Analyst (2-7 yrs)
About the role:
- You will be working with senior management and perform data driven analytics for generating business insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analyses to support fact-based decision-making. Identify trends and recommend solutions or processes to increase business effectiveness.

Location : Gurugram
Key Responsibilities:
a) Work with core business team members to streamline business processes & define required product features
b) Complete ownership of the delivery of new product features by working alongside tech & product teams.
c) Work with cross-functional internal teams for timely deliverables
d) Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key business metrics
e) Constant performance monitoring and project revisions basis outputs
f) Apply advanced knowledge of statistical techniques, data mining, text mining
Requirements:
a) 2+ yrs. of professional work experience preferable in management consulting or high growth startups or financial services domain
b) Tier 1 & 2 college undergraduate degree
c) 1+ year of experience in SQL/ Python
d) Advanced expertise in data analysis; highly proficient in MS Excel
e) Excellent written, communication, research and analytical skills
f) Experience in modern Business Intelligence/ Data visualization tool like Tableau/ Mode/ Alteryx Power BI
g) Experience in Data Manipulation in Python/R is a plus but not necessary
