Role: Program Manager - Operations

Location: Bangalore

Language: Proficiency in Telugu or Kannada is a must

Responsibilities:

- You will be constantly seeking solutions that scale, while overseeing the growth of our business. Build and run operational processes and support with process automation

- Own metrics like NPS, trip performance & fleet management.

- Own end to end planning and execution of measures to provide high standards of customer experience including QC of fleets.

- Ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for continuous improvement in hub operations. Take big picture ideas and break them into actionable steps.

- Build and develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams in order to successfully contribute to the long-term growth of the business

- We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength.

Experience & Skills Required :

- 2+ years of experience in Operations/ Supply Chain / Strategy / Automotive experience

- Excellent academic track record with mi

- Consistent track record of being a respected operational problem solver

- Data-driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking and experimentation

- Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences; ability to translate quantitative findings into action plans

- Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment

- Excellent communication and organisation skills
