Zingbus - Demand Manager - Sales

About the role:

You will be responsible for setting up the demand side of the business from scratch for the city. You will be working in close coordination with the core leadership team, with a focus on driving the sales numbers to achieve business objectives. You will also be leading a team of up to 10 employees.

The core team consists of IIT and top B-school graduates with experience of working in e-commerce, management consulting, E- commerce and high growth startups. Zingbus has recently raised $6 million in Pre-Series A funding.

Location : Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and

Uttarakhand.

Key Responsibilities:

a) Planning and execution of sales operations of the new city from scratch.

b) Ownership of a region's sales by executing processes like account management, offline sales, and partnerships.

c) Manage a team of business development executives and key account managers.

d) Implement citywide pilots for new customer acquisition.

e) Ensuring policy and process adherence, with a focus on delivering best in class customer experience.

f) Liaise with the central team for planning and execution of new processes.

Requirements:

a) 3+ years of professional experience in Field sales.

b) Ideal candidates should have worked in a similar industry or high-growth startups.

c) Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured environment.
