Zingbus - Assistant Manager - Demand - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (3-5 yrs)

Role: Asst. Manager-Demand


About the role:


You will be responsible for setting up the demand side of business from scratch for the city. You will be working in close coordination with the core leadership team, with a focus on driving the sales numbers to achieve business objectives. You will also be leading a team catering to the same demands.

The core team consists of IIT and top B-school graduates with experience of working in e-commerce, management consulting, E- commerce and high growth startups. Zing bus has recently raised $6 million in Pre-Series A funding.


Location : Ahmedabad.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Ownership of the sales of a region by executing processes like account management, offline sales and partnerships.


2. Manage a team of business development executives and key account managers.


3. Planning and execution of sales operations of new city from scratch.


4. Implement city wide pilots for new customer acquisition.


5. Ensuring policy and process adherence, with a focus in delivering best in class customer experience.


6. Liaise with the central team for planning and execution of new processes.


Requirements:


1. 3+ years of professional experience in Operations and sales.


2. Ideal candidate should have worked in similar industry or in high growth startups.


3. Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured environment.


4. Demonstrated experience of leading a team of field sales executive.


5. Ability to handle a team size of at least 10 people.


6. Candidates from Tier-1 colleges will be given preference.
