ZIGRAM - Business Development Lead (8-15 yrs)

We are looking for a Business Development professional, who will be responsible for various business acquisition, sales, pre-sales, outreach and marketing initiatives

Requirements -

1. Lead business development, outreach and marketing initiatives for the organization

2. Identify pipelines, opportunities, lead the engagement, solutions and close deals

3. Work with the CEO, Business and Operations leaders to build revenue streams, pipelines and opportunities

4. Build technical expertise to understand the Data Asset offerings across - Products, Applications and Services

5. Contribute towards various marketing initiatives, branding, events, content development, SEO etc.

6. Collaborate with other project/product teams, solution/industry teams and delivery teams towards realizing new sales & support

7. Manage multiple priorities, engagements, interactions and client relationships at any given time

8. Undertake, regular, structured and rigorous research on mapping organizations, individuals and targets for pre-sales and outreach activities

9. Provide sales campaign and other updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, issues and progress

10. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the Business Development, Sales and Outreach cycle

11. Contribute, positively and extensively towards building the organizational reputation, brand and operational excellence

12. Identify and participate towards developing key services, products and solutions

Background Of The Candidate -

1. 7 - 12 years of work experience in Business Development, Account Management, Pre-Sales, Outreach & Growth

2. Background in SaaS, Consulting, Risk, Technology Services, Market Research or related fields would be considered a plus

3. Exposure in dealing with US, UK, European markets and Data / Technology Clients

4. Excellent communication, comprehension, interpersonal and collaboration skills

5. Excellent solution selling capabilities and strong account management capabilities

6. Good understanding and / or experience in managing social media, SEO, online and digital marketing

7. Demonstrable ability to think on their feet and crisis management

8. Expertise in using tools like MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Word

9. Must be an avid reader, with the experience of reading across genres, types, styles etc. over many years

10. In depth understanding of the strategic sales process

11. Strong achiever, who can achieve ambitious business goals and sales targets

12. MBA or equivalent business degree from a reputed college or university
