Job Requirements - Handle End to End sales cycle from Product demo to putting a paycheck on the table (close the deal) - Use Sales CRM and leverage it to support the sales team - Monitor, assess and finetune sales campaign strategy - Interact with internal and external C-Suite executives - Supporting the Sales team in preparation for meetings, calls, and presentations with clients and potential clients - Conducting business intelligence research on companies, industries, and geographies, with a focus on financial crime regulatory matters - Landscaping and identifying potential leads and entry points for business development purposes at banks, law firms, fintech firms, and other regulatory technology firms - Flexible in sales outreach across US/ EU/ APAC time zones Background of the candidate - - 7+ years of overall work experience with 3 - 5 years in B2B SaaS/PaaS sales operations experience - Prior experience in a high growth environment (change and ambiguity aren't unfamiliar to you) - A particular interest in working with Regulatory Technology space with knowledge of KYC, AML, Financial Compliance products/tools (added advantage) - Proficient in sales CRM (Salesforce, Freshdesk etc.) - Worked in a fast-paced sales organization - Has demonstrated achieving/supporting achievement of sales teams in the past - Has displayed the ability to effectively communicate insights - Experienced at stakeholder management across teams and departments - Ability to quickly identify relevant sales outreach & solutions - Has worked with teams across geographies and time zones - Has identified areas for improvement/enhancement to existing processes - Has experience with deriving and delivering relevant insights from sales data
