Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA).

Location: Indore.

Experience: Minimum 4 Years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure optimal financial performance.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, income tax filings, and other regulatory obligations.

- Audit and Reporting: Manage internal and external audits, prepare financial statements, and provide accurate MIS reports to stakeholders.

- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow to meet operational and strategic needs.

- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions using [preferred software, e.g., Zoho, Tally, QuickBooks].

- Strategy Support: Collaborate with the leadership team to provide insights and recommendations for business strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant with a valid certification.

- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments.

- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Tally, Zoho Books).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
