Zetwerk - Zonal Regional Manager - Operations

Responsibilities of Zonal Regional Manager:

ZRM will be responsible for driving the delivery for the region assigned. The ZRM will report into the Head of Projects and will be driving the following charter :

- Drive the vision and strategy for the function

- Coordinate between the internal and external stakeholders at Zetwerks

- Effectively liaise with the parties involved and be adept at resolving issues as and when required

- Align the team and suppliers of the region according to OEM client expectations

- Maintain accurate market pulse of the ecosystem (including suppliers, Clients, Raw material traders, Consultants and Transporters etc.)

- Ensure delivery of projects as per committed timelines with proper quality and accomplish expediting goals to the satisfaction of the customer

- Responsible for driving the P&L and billing targets for the region

- Managing and mentoring a team of about 15 people & 100+ suppliers in the region

Traits Required to be successful :

- 8+ years of experience (preferably having worked in a startup)

- Proven record of having managed a team / being in a role of city / cluster/ regional head type of a role

- Prior experience working in operations heavy businesses/B2B companies

- Ability to own and drive the projects to completion

- Ability to hustle and bias for action

Educational Qualification : B.tech / MBA from a tier-1, tier-2 colleges
