Job Role: Program Manager (Lending) Job Function: Setting up in-house lending vertical &amp; coordination with strategic lending partners About the Role: - Actively engage with internal teams &amp; strategic lending partners to help set up in-house processes for lending across functions Distribution &amp; documentation - Create onboarding policy, process and map documentation requirements - Coordinate &amp; onboard third party fintech partners for bank statement analysis, e-kyc, e-sign, etc. to ease onboarding process - Create Product Notes &amp; get internal approvals for various financials products to be offered such as Vendor Financing, BG Backed Purchase Financing, Unsecured Purchase Financing Credit policy &amp; underwriting - Set up v1.0 of under-writing policy in coordination with the Credit team - Help evolve credit policy as the portfolio grows &amp; market understanding deepens - Set up under-writing processes - CAM Formats, PD Formats, etc. Operations - Align Operations procedures at Lender's end to follow our standards - disbursement procedures &amp; approval matrix, repayment procedure, etc. - Identify underlying principles - interest computation, invoice settlement mechanism, loan closure sequence (principal, interest, fees, part payments) Collections - Identify reporting protocols, NPA management, Collection calling scripts - Liaison with internal teams to onboard &amp; train agencies Tech &amp; product - Work with lending partners for identification and streamlining of LMS, LOS - Build / acquire a transaction management portal to manage transaction financing MIS / reporting - Build detailed MIS &amp; reporting dashboards for the business overall and for individual teams (sales, credit, ops, collections, finance, lender) legal &amp; compliance - Coordination with internal legal teams &amp; external consultants to structure documentation &amp; compliance Hiring - Actively work with internal teams in helping build out teams over time - Train teams at Zetwerk &amp; lenders for following processes, SOPs - Above tasks will be done in close coordination with existing internal &amp; external teams, therefore requiring active communication. - Work towards application of fresh NBFC license &amp; co-ordinate extensively for the same - Work towards asset transfer &amp; consolidation of books to in-house NBFC
