Job Role: Program Manager, Consumer Electronics - Zetwerk as part of its diversification strategy has forayed into Consumer goods and are pursuing opportunity spaces in Consumer Electronics, White Goods, Kitchen appliances and other household appliances. We have partnered with a Consumer Electronics (LED TV) brand in Coimbatore and are looking out for suitable candidates who can handle this role and grow this category - Job Function: To Program manage the setting up and growth of the Consumer Electronics Segment of Zetwerk Consumer Goods Business About the Role: - Set up and Scale a factory manufacturing product in Consumer Electronics with LED TV as the 1st Product - Scale this business to a size of 100 Crores per annum - Set up manufacturing lines from scratch (0 -&gt; 1) for the identified products lines - Procure Equipment, plan for factory location and space, recruit manpower as part of setting up and scaling operations - Set up manufacturing standards in conjunction with OEMs and right systems and processes towards delivering world class products - Post achieving scale, identify and execute potential backward integration opportunities towards consolidation Knowledge/ Skills: - Candidate should have adequate experience in setting up (0 -&gt; 1) and operating manufacturing processes - Should have handled and have experience across manufacturing verticals including Operations and Quality - Should have lead a sizable team in the sub Business Unit. Abilities: - Possesses the experience/skills towards setting up manufacturing lines from scratch - Candidate must have demonstrated experience in coordinating, facilitating discussions, consultation and conflict resolution skills - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills especially in English - Basic computer skills such as Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint - Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment Experience Required: Minimum of 5-10 years of successful and verifiable experience as in Production, Quality, Project Management in Manufacturing areas Education Qualification: Graduation in Mechanical/Production/ Electronics Engineering from a reputed collage
