Role : Product Operations Manager Responsibilities : You Will Own - Drive ERP implementation across Zetwerk factories and business units - Own Key Adoption Metrics across a variety of products and come up with with tactics to drive growth and adoption of the product - Conceptualize and detail Ops excellence initiatives to bring efficiency in the following dimensions: cost, time, quality, supplier/customer satisfaction and quality, people productivity, tech integration - Take special projects to improve effectiveness of product and BUs - Build and execute a strategic plan for the training operations team including creating and defining KPIs and OKRs to support Zetwerk's growth. - Manage relationships and balance all training requests and effectively collaborate with stakeholders to provide trainings that support and align with the product teams priorities - Measure, report and analyse metrics that indicate progress and gaps towards adoption goals - Collaborate with Product Managers to define, map and deep-dive on critical business processes You Have The Following Experience - 6-10 years of experience - Strong Program Management Skills - Good with Numbers and Analytics software, with a willingness to learn - Experience of implementing ERP is a plus - Having SQL knowledge is a plus - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Excellent project management skills to help teams deliver on time - Ability to create an inclusive environment to help all members on your team thrive. - Customer oriented: Works backward from the customer and understands needs.
