Job Role: Manager - Ops Excellence

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the Ops Excellence agenda for the upstream business categories (Tentatively Roads , OG/ Apparel to begin with ) (all businesses)

2. Conceptualize and detail Ops excellence initiatives to bring efficiency in the following dimensions: cost, time, quality, supplier/customer satisfaction and quality, people productivity, tech integration

3. Problem solve and strategize with Business heads/Delivery Heads on key issues facing business, and drive the implementation of solutions

4. Identify, structure and execute process improvement projects across BUs (BusinessUnit) which optimize one of the strategic levers - cost, quality or time.

5. Conduct cross-functional problem-solving sessions, setup scalable , feasible processes

Key Requirements:

- 4 years + experience of working experience

- Must be experienced in managing complex and sensitive operational challenges.

- Adapt at identifying issues, driving to root cause and able to negotiate solutions.

- Competent use of statistics related to business improvement metrics and operational performance.

- Able to define problem statements and required outcomes based on cost benefit analysis linked to business objectives.

- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively deal with internal customers; foster open upward and downward communication within the organisation built on mutual respect.

- Project management skills to manage the process of providing excellent operational service (efficient, effective and qualitative), turnaround, and continuous improvement (LEAN, Value chain, QRM, Pareato, 5 Why's etc, etc.).

- Broad knowledge of operations, outsourcing, and financial management
