Job Role & Responsibilities :

Looking for suitable candidates to join as Ethics & Compliance Manager, who can work on all the aspects of compliance function in the organization. Individuals should have the relevant expertise as elaborated below, with the right skill sets to execute the same. Should also be able to work on fostering a compliance culture across organization in order to develop a good corporate environment.

Expertise :

- Experience with preparing, revising and implementing internal policies and identifying compliance risks

- Developing and implementing internal controls and evaluating efficiency of the same

- Conducting organization wide training programs on policies

- Developing training modules on policies for organization wide launch on LMS platform

- Conducting compliance monitoring and investigations

- Overseeing effective and efficient use of compliance management tool

- Preparing reports and discussing compliance issues with management and stakeholders

- Handling any violation of company's ethical standards, policies and/ or legal & regulatory matters

Skills :

- Good understanding of best corporate compliance practices

- Experience with reporting operations and procedures

- Good organizational and time-management skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Preferably qualified as a lawyer, accountant or company secretary
