Operations Associate :

- We have an excellent opportunity in business operations. The position would work with multiple teams to drive the success of marketing campaigns for our clients.

Location : Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities :

- Take complete ownership of business operations aspect of assigned clients.

- Configure, operate, and monitor Zeta Interactive's proprietary tools in executing client marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with sales, engineering and product management teams to drive new client and campaign on-boarding.

- Analyse performance of campaigns and make optimization recommendations.

- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and decrease campaign downtime.

- Troubleshoot and fix campaigns that are not meeting benchmarks.

Requirements :

- MBA from a reputable institute, focus in operations or supply chain preferred.

- At least 2 years of work experience.

- Excellent spoken and written English.

- Proven quantitative and analytical skills

- Advanced skills in MS Suite, especially MS excel. Should be able to learn new software and tools quickly.

- An attitude of ownership and team work. Should have willingness to learn multiple aspects of product - operations, engineering, marketing etc.

- Background in digital marketing preferred.
