IT Procurement Executive/Sr Executive - Manage the overall Indirect purchases; Procure to Pay (PTP) tasks - Perform category management including strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contracts, Vendor performance evaluation - Manage & keep a track of all Invoice- One Time, recurring payment - Analyse invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered - Check contract expiry dates and follow up for renewal - Work closely with finance team for timely vendor payment - Resolve queries/question raised by the finance team - Track ordering, dispatch and delivery of items procured & update all stakeholders through reports/status/data - Send out MIS to relevant stakeholders in the organization - You have 2 to 3+ years of relevant experience - You possess knowledge of the industry and market conditions of IT and networking products - You possess strong Excel skills - You have Impeccable negotiation and problem-solving skills - You have excellent Business Communication skills - You are confident, creative, proactive in taking initiatives and achieving them - You are a goal-oriented individual with strong attention to detail
