Full responsibility for end-to-end partner engagement including business analysis, business solution architecting, managing scope and schedule, delivery & optimization and on-ground partner management 2. Relationship building with Store Manager and cluster manager of LFR,MBO and GT. 3. Smooth operation process and better brand Visibility, to get the data on sales, FP, Potential of the store, 4. Growth activity at store - Smart and effective BTL planning for the stores, GMV, Loan count and number of applications for the region, 5. Relationship building with OEM companies, 6. Soft commitment and daily number push with ASMs 7. Weekly Visits to the stores 8. ZestMoney awareness and sorting out daily operational or business issues 9. Relationship building with brand Sales Executives 10. Sales commitment to increase ZestMoney penetration 11. Partners Success - MSAT,Bug issue,YM and other internal success metrics, Marketing - Planning on the cost and return effective ways for in-store brand Team Management - Managing a team of ASMs on and off roll /Ownership of Loan Count,GMV,Activation 12. Stakeholder Management - Coordination with various team internally - Partner Ops,,Product,Risk,Finance, Streamline the process for ASMs 13. Competition Check - Update with the scheme from the competition / Competition growth check Eligibility : 1. MBA with Sales experience is a MUST: You have at least 6 - 10 years of experience in Sales for a FMCD,Financing companies, BNPL,Fintech in the offline set up is mandatory. 2. Exclusively worked in startups will be an added advantage 3. Overall experience in running sales/Operations - preferably in a Technology company 4. You love building and managing relationships with brands and key stakeholders Solution selling - you understand that customers want the benefit and are able to break their needs into possible solutions.Local Language is mandatory, 5. Done Sales closure & chased aggressive numbers; well versed with sales metrics 6. Startup or Entrepreneurial DNA - You love seeing the value you create in a company and are excited to join a fast-growing startup 7. Great communication skills - You can write and speak exceptionally well
