Roles & Responsibility: - Primary responsibility is growing lender relationship - Manage existing banks and NBFC partnerships for ZestMoney and act as the single point of contact for the partners. - Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day to day operating relationship for the partners. - Responsible for ensuring stability and growth of partnerships by pitching to increase existing wallet, identifying incremental opportunities in line with the capital requirements and new initiatives at ZestMoney. - Manage monthly governance with the partners and any other regulatory or business reporting. - Coordinate any technology enhancement projects with the partners and internal stakeholders from time to time. - Should be able to effortlessly associate closely even at senior levels in the partner organisations in order to get an early insight into any upcoming opportunities. - To conduct partner feedback surveys and ensure positive feedback on a regular basis. - Managing monthly governance and any other reporting both regulatory and business - Network with various departments of the lender relationship and be the one window channel for ZestMoney. Coordinate with various departments within ZestMoney for all requirements of lender. Ensure smooth function of partnership - Co-ordinate any tech projects we may have with lender from time to time. Key Skills Required - Relationship skills - 3 to 5 years work experience - Banking/NBFC experience (Retail banking preferred)
