About the Role : We are looking for a digital savvy &amp; consumer obsessed social media manager who has proven experience of scaling followers &amp; driving engagements across all Channels. You will ensure absolute brand dominance in the social media space and build a balance between the visibility we give to merchants &amp; customers. You will drive consumer engagements and source and share consumer testimonials which will help building connect. You will also target cross promoting different categories through efficient communication. Key Responsibilities - Lead all Social media handles - Introduce new SM channels - Internal branding - Employer branding - Hiring support - Influence marketing - Agency Management ( SM/Creative/Design) - Competition tracking (Social Media) - You will lead all brand efforts in social media. We are betting big on social media and will want you to build best in class engagement with customers &amp; enthusiasts in all channels. - You will handhold social media agency and strategize social media calendar to ensure wider brand acceptance. - Building vernacular capabilities and connecting to regional sentiments is another main pillar you will be driving. You will work closely with Director, Marketing &amp; rest of brand team to build Zest as a formidable brand across all mediums. - You will collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., sales, performance, HR) to understand business priorities and tweak social media plan as per business priorities. - You will wear multiple hats based on team's requirement to ensure continued support to the efforts put in by BD team and empower them with best of brand assets. About you : - You have proven experience of building and scaling social media handle of the brand you were handling before. - You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English and the ability to partner and influence across functions and levels - You are a self-learner and love to keep yourself updated on the latest developments in the business world - You are curious, challenge the status quo and ask questions constantly with the intent to solve problems or innovate or enhance. - You love making customers happy and you get a buzz from hearing customers talk about what you have built - You work with a structured approach, and are skilled at balancing between short-term needs and long-term investments - You are proficient in quantitative analyses, influencing with data (e.g., funnel, cohorts, benchmarks), building business cases, and communicating data-driven insights to analytical and non-analytical audiences - You are of high integrity and have a clear and visible set values - You are a - Do-er-, a fast learner, who isn- t scared to ask questions and doesn- t just accept status quo - You are high energy, hardworking and demonstrate consistency in your work - You also demonstrate calmness under pressure, can cope with ambiguity and change - You will be kind, compassionate and a true culture carrier of any company you belong to - You have 4+ years of experience in Social media marketing &amp; employer branding.
