About the Role :

As the HR Operations Lead you will be accountable for the delivery and execution of core operational HR services such as benefits, payroll, data analysis, audits, background verification etc and ensuring HR Operational Compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Managing payroll processing functions like computation of salaries, attendance, leave, fixed & variable entitlements; adhered to statutory compliance like PF, ESI, PT & ELWF as per the company's requirements from time-to-time

- Ownership and accountability for end-to-end operations, including payroll processes and procedures, controls, payroll accounting, audit support, delivering consistent and accurate payroll

- Process all special payment requests such as incentives, bonus, severance, and overtime notice period buyouts, etc. as requested

- Participate in internal, external payroll and benefits audits. Support all audits on payroll and other HR related due diligence

- Prepare detailed & accurate HRMS reports for management as requested. Coordinate with the HR team on employee data changes and benefits as recorded in the HRMS

- Work closely with BGV vendors and ensure due diligence as per the Org. policies

- Proactively identifying and acting on improvement opportunities utilizing best practices, while implementing and leveraging technology to improve operations

- Foster a culture of customer service excellence and continuous process improvement by -providing - Best in Class- customer service and advice on complex questions/requests from employees, businesses and HR partners

- Identify process improvements to drive efficiencies and best practices in payroll processes & management

- Provide ad-hoc operational support for assigned process

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment & excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines

Key Skills Required :

- Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience in HR Operations. MBA will be preferred

- Previous experience managing end to end HR Operations Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team environment

- Passion for continuous process improvement and simplification
