About the Role:&nbsp; - Create and Update Audit checklist as per Market standards for all collection vendors - Manage all quality standards and ensure all the process laid down are well executed and monitored - Handle all RBI/Internal Audits - Build and manage vendor allocation and billing process - Monthly and quarterly audits as per defined guidelines - Do internal audits on Allocation, payments application, escalation management and follow up gaps reporting on cases allotted all vendors - Renewal of all agency grids and agreement as per standards and timelines - Define BCP plan for collection and test is on quarterly basis Key Skills Required :&nbsp; - 7-8 years experience in collections Agency Audits - Managed Vendor billings - MIS &amp; Analytical skills - Managed Audits and process improvements in company /startups - Strong interpersonal/ conflict management/ negotiation and feedback providing skills - Managed and handled Audit in previous roles.
