HRBP JD : We are looking for an HR Business Partner to who will help align business goals with employees and management for the team. You- ll help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention and the employee experience. Responsibilities : - Build a positive employee experience that leads to improved business performance and increased levels of employee engagement - Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and other talent development and retention activities - Assist in driving analytics, project planning, and organization in the following areas: change management, workforce planning, organizational planning, compensation planning, and talent planning - Resolve complex employee relations issues through coaching employees and managers in addition by guiding managers through the corrective action process - Understand business objectives to develop, implement, and measure people strategies ensuring positive business outcomes and driving a high-performance culture - Analyze trends and metrics, use results to collaborate with HR functional experts to develop solutions, make recommendations, and develop programs - Develop, implement and facilitate training and development initiatives to meet the specific business needs of the organization Requirements: - 3-7 yrs of experience in a similar role - Masters in HR from a tier 1 college like XLRI/TISS - Change management and strong project management experience. - Proven ability to diagnose issues and drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative - Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies - Excellent written and verbal communication; high-quality document preparation and presentation skills - Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization - Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams - Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high level of energy and sense of humor
