About the Role:

- Lead, build, develop and motivate a strong team to create and execute strategic and tactical plans that meet revenue targets and deliver KPI goals

- Develop an integrated customer loyalty and recognition strategy in support of business priorities, which drives GMV and retains existing customers

- Work within the project team to ensure delivery of a new customer contact strategy and CLM campaigns (emails, PN, SMS) designed to be relevant, personalized and engaging, driving a step-change in Click through rate and conversion

- Contribute to wider commercial growth and revenue strategies / plans, including enhanced online personalization and retargeting through digital marketing channels (display, PPC, social, etc)

- Measure performance with regular tracking of KPI's

About You:

- Excellent problem-solving skills; sound understanding of macro, business, and processes; ability to analyze data and translate it into solutions

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Exceptional analytical skills, with an ability to quickly translate data-driven insights into actions

- Customer obsession

- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

- Goal-oriented with the get-it-done approach

- Self-starter and self-directed

- B.E./B.Tech./B.Com./B.B.A. or any other relevant degree; Master's preferred

- 5+ years of experience

- Experience in a B2C company is a plus

- Proven experience of leading a significant CRM change program is a Plus
