About Role : - Responsible for new initiatives, strategic alliances & partnerships and grow lenders relationship with Banks and NBFCs - Development and implementation business plan and sales targets - Managing Lender relationships by providing periodic reviews, dispute management and resolution. - Acquire new strategic lender partners - Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day to day operating relationships for the partners. - Responsible for ensuring stability and growth of partnerships by pitching to increase existing wallets, identifying incremental opportunities in line with the capital requirements and new initiatives at ZestMoney. - Identify and develop new business lines/initiatives for ZestMoney within existing lender partnerships. - Drive Debt Capital raise for Zest' captive NBFC from domestic partners - Manage monthly governance with the partners and any other regulatory or business reporting. - Coordinate any technology enhancement projects with the partners and internal stakeholders from time to time. - To conduct partner feedback surveys and ensure positive feedback on a regular basis. - Network with various departments of the lender relationship and be the one window channel for ZestMoney. Coordinate with various departments within ZestMoney for all requirements of the lender. Ensure smooth function of partnership - Co-ordinate any tech projects we may have with lenders from time to time. About You : - 10+ years of experience in business development and relationship management roles in financial services and /or technology roles - Education : Tier 1 Business School (ISB / IIM etc.) would be preferred - Good understanding of P&L, business and management accounting - Systems thinking - good understanding of technology and operations - Banking/NBFC experience (Retail banking preferred) - Effortlessly deal with Senior levels in Banks and NBFC's, ability to work with all levels of hierarchy with lender partners and Zest - Has worked in another fintech or startup managing relationship with Banks/NBFC even better Why you'll love us - Because pretty much everyone else does!
