About the Role : - Passionately prepare and deliver in a timely and accurate manner, daily merchant / Lender settlement reports. - Performing reconciliation of settlements for both merchants and lenders as and when required. Handling queries on same - Revenue Recognition and tracking of funds movement from escrow / nodal accounts to current accounts on daily basis - Handling cancellations and end to end closing of adjustment with respective merchants and lenders. - Reconciliation and maintenance of Nodal / Escrow bank accounts - Prepration of variance or settlement delay MIS for the management and stake holders (Internal Teams) - Responding to merchant or lender queries over email, do RCA to find out issues and solve the same from ground level. - Gift card wallet account balances tracking, maintenance and money movement tracking. - Ensuring error free operations and nill financial loss - Coordinate and Support internal and external audits - Maintaining Nil Monthly Recon exceptions - Taking Process improvement Initatives by Idengifying issues and fixing them with RCA - Stake holder Management&nbsp; - Maintaining good and healthy relationship with peers and external stakeholders. About You : - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA is a plus - Proven work experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or similar role (CA firm work experience or articleship is a plus) - Hands-on experience with Loan Management softwares and Payment Gateway portals / Dashboards - Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas) - Good Knowledge of accounting rules and regulations - Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. - Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - CUSTOMER FOCUSED: seeking to understand client (Merchants and Lenders) business challenges/needs and delivering continuous value to our clients - EXTREMELY COLLABORATIVE: working with teams and across the organization with ease - HIGHLY AGILE: able to continuously learn and quickly adapt to changing circumstance
