Senior Manager, Marketing Programs - Channels What We're Looking For: As a manager in the channels program at our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and engagement of our customer base through innovative communication strategies. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the development of a customer data platform to identify high-potential user segments based on their behavior and transactions. - Designing and execution of experiments to determine the most effective ways to prioritize and engage target customer groups across various channels (e.g. digital, CRM). - Analyzing the results of these experiments and providing input on whether to scale them based on key performance indicators such as daily active users, conversion rate, average revenue per user, and profitability. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to bring successful experiments to fruition as full-fledged programs. - Working with brand and business teams to optimize the program's efficiency at all stages of the customer journey. - Utilizing data and analytics to measure the program's success and maintain established guidelines. We are seeking candidates with: - A strong desire to learn and grow. - A focus on customer experience and a passion for driving results. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. - The ability to work under tight deadlines and excel in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL/R/Python (optional).
