Senior Manager Controllership

Core Area : We are looking for who can manage financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, audits, compliance, and cash flow; lead the finance team; and support strategic planning to enhance financial performance.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and C.A .

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in GL or Financial Reporting.

- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Your role:

- Preparing accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

- Developing and managing budgets, providing forecasts, and analyzing variances to support strategic decision-making.

- Establishing and monitoring internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.

- Overseeing general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

- Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and laws, staying updated on changes that affect the organization.

- Conducting financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Other duties and responsibilities:

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements

- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting

- Research technical accounting issues for compliance

- Support month-end and year-end close process

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
