Zepto - Senior Director - Replenishment Head (5-10 yrs)
We are looking to onboard Head of Replenishment, who will take end to end ownership of the replenishment process in the consumer tech space. Replenishment Operations is at the center of our customer experience. In this role, you will lead pan-India replenishment operations, network, strategy, supply partnerships, costs and other areas related to replenishment. You will also play a pivotal role in building a work class replenishment processes and products.
This role will need a specialist with a gamut understanding of FMCG replenishment.
The key responsibility for this role will be :-
- Setup Replenishment for all Inventory Nodes, set and review norms, ensure stock availability and Fill rates- Working with cross functional teams of Procurement, Planning, Warehousing & Logistics team. Monitor and track order/inventory flow for all the dark stores.
- Maintain stock levels at desired levels at all retail locations.
- Develop relationship and execute monthly plan with suppliers. Oversee a team of over 50 people to manage OTIF deliveries.
- Ensure seamless coordination with category and warehouse team.
- Monitor and adjust supplier lead times by each DC.
- Monitor and adjust supplier schedule and ordering mechanism.
- Work with demand planning team to give forecast to suppliers.
- Work closely with Tech team to build a world class solution on replenishment.
- Work on Key Analytics Reports, S&OP Files, Replenishment Files, Stock Availability, Schedule Planning, Channel Level Fill Rates, Alternate supply arrangements etc.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the supply chain team of key suppliers.
- Continuous improvisation in replenishment process. Work towards automation of ways of working.
What we are looking for:
A strong problem solver with first principle thinking, ready to get hands dirty while managing teams, someone who eats, sleeps and breathes ownership and is looking forward to being in an extremely high impact role.
Potential Backgrounds:
1) MBA / Experience of at least 5 years in the buy / sourcing / supply / procurement side for the consumer products.
2) Strong analytical skills, ability to look at problems holistically and use of data to drive problem solving.
3) High ownership, proactive, self-starter & all hands on deck attitude
