Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - You will lead city marketing from launch to scale up in one of our key markets - Lead all aspects of marketing in your city: user growth, retention, partnerships, on-ground marketing and activations, omni-channel marketing campaigns, in-app product marketing, promotions and budgets. - You will be the voice of our customers in the city. Take insights based decisions on partnerships, assortment selection and promotions. Maintain the highest standard of customer experience and NPS - You will work closely with the General Manager and Central Marketing teams to own the growth charter for your market. - Work cross functionally with peers who will empower you to do your best work - Run experiments that will challenge our assumptions and make Zepto better.
