Roles and Responsibilities: - As part of the leadership team, you will build and execute the replenishment framework for Zepto's category operations across India. - Lead the replenishment team and formulate the strategies to ensure high fill rates, instock levels and adequate DOH. - Work cross functionally with peers who will empower you to do your best work. - Run experiments that will challenge our assumptions and make Zepto better. - You will have the tools to do things that have never been done before and also the freedom to fail fast. - Wear the Zepto badge with pride.
