Your Role:

- Drive the fundraising efforts of the firm in close conjunction with the Founders and Senior Management. Responsible for liaising with investment banks and ensuring that the process is run smoothly

- Responsible for preparing financial models, data libraries, investor presentations & board meeting decks maintaining a very high bar for quality & depth

- Responsible for coordinating due diligence with external partners thereby working closely with management consulting firms, financial advisors in providing data, actively assisting in preparation of reports & presenting the findings of these reports to the Management

- Track & analyze performance of industry & peers including but not limited to sector research, financial & valuation analysis, and share relevant updates to the Management

- Identify, assess & execute potential M&A transactions . It includes complete ownership of all stages of the investment process including origination, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution & integration.

- Manage relationships & communication with investors, sell-side analysts, bankers & consultants

What We're Looking For:

- Master Degree in Engineering/Finance/Accounts or MBA

- 3+ years of experience in a relevant role; either within the investor relations or corporate development team of a scaled startup, or having worked in a top-tier venture capital firm, private equity fund or investment bank; live deal experience is a must

- Excellent written, oral and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail is a must. The incumbent must take complete ownership of processes he/she is responsible for

- Be numerate with a strong understanding of financial reports & financial analysis.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and research skills

- Sharp business acumen - The ability to understand levers and their impact on business growth and profitability in the long-term.
