Zephyr Peacock India provides equity financing for fast growing, small to medium sized companies led by strong entrepreneurs and management teams in India. The company is focused on investments in the sectors of financial services, food and agriculture and infrastructure ancillaries, with the objective of earning superior long-term returns that will benefit from the rapid growth of the Indian economy.

The company is looking for a Marketing Communications Analyst to join its team its Bangalore office to support marketing efforts (online and offline) and investor communications (focused on business and financial updates).

Position: Marketing Communications Analyst

Industry: Financial Services

Responsibilities:

- Draft business updates for each portfolio company and lead development of reports for investor communication

- Draft newsletters and press releases for external communication

- Draft announcements for companies, and about portfolio companies for investors

- Develop relationships with business journalists and help improve the brand presence of Zephyr Peacock in the financial press

- Draft necessary marketing collaterals on behalf of/for portfolio companies

- Lead and manage social media presence for the company

- Manage print, direct mail campaigns regarding content and design

- Storyboard and produce videos about portfolio companies

- Support in preparation of other marketing collaterals for the company

- Lead website redesign and update Zephyr's website as necessary

- Support in hosting events/webinars for investors and prospects

Qualifications:

- 2 to 3 years' experience in marketing communications or prior experience in business writing, journalism

- Bachelors in Finance/ Business Administration/ Economics/ Commerce/ Accounts/ Communication

- Excellent business writing skills (grammar and content)

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

- Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus

- Expertise with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint
