Job Type: Work from Office.

Location: Noida.

Work Timings: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (Alternate Saturdays off).

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise vendor and customer payment processes, including invoice receipt, verification, and filing.

- Establish and implement internal control systems for compliance with various statutes and regulations.

- Verify compliance with financial statutory norms, GST, and other tax procedures.

- Prepare financial statements, fund flow, and cash flow reports periodically.

- Review third-party manufacturing agreements and manage inventory.

- Analyze manufacturing costs and estimate new product costs.

- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance.

- Report risk issues to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

- Coordinate with accounts and finance staff across all locations.

Requirements:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience: Minimum 5 years handling similar responsibilities.
